KOR North Park One Hour Conditioning

Grab a towel, you’re gonna sweat!

You will begin each class with a unique set of mobility and stability drills to prepare your body. From there you will pick up the pace with some high-intensity interval sets – a deliberate sequence of exercises that allows you to keep moving and maximize your work capacity.

This is not an advanced movement class, but be prepared to work hard and fast. Your trainer will provide appropriate adjustments to ensure you have a safe and effective workout at any level of fitness.
