This class provides a high intensity yet low impact solution to losing body fat and gaining strength. By quickly transitioning from one kettlebell exercise to the next, this class blends strength, flexibility and power to give you an efficient workout to burn calories and build lean muscle. About 15 minutes of warm up/cool down and 30 minutes of work.
