Swingers Club Spring 2019 Challenge

The Swingers Club is back!!!!

Your favorite fitness challenge is back this spring with a new challenge. For those new to The Swingers Club, this is an optional, fun, friendly competition to get you moving every day. Keep reading to learn the rules and find out what’s in store.

Begins: Monday May 20th
Ends: Friday June 14th

Rules:

  • There will be a daily challenge posted every weekday. Complete the daily challenge and mark an “X” on the chart at the gym.
  • Only 1 challenge allowed per day.
  • Challenges must be completed at the gym and a trainer must approve your weight.
  • You can find demonstration videos on Instagram.
  • On weekends you can make up 1 previous challenge (per day).
  • Earn prizes at the end depending on how many challenges you completed!
