Kettlebell training is a skill that takes practice, but it’s so worth it! For you safety, all new members must work with one of our certified coaches before taking classes. In the 10+ years we’ve been teaching kettlebells, we have found that clients get better, longer-lasting results when they build a strong foundation of basics first.

Kettlebell Camp is the most popular option to get started, but you can choose to do private training as well.

Anyone who is new to KOR Strength and Conditioning will get the opportunity to start with a FREE consultation with one of our coaches. The purpose of this session is to get to know you and your unique goals, to determine the best path to success, and to show you what KOR Strength and Conditioning is all about.

We promise there’s no high-pressure car salesman on staff. We genuinely want to get to know you and see how we may be able to serve you. Our goal is for you to understand what we are about, so you can make an informed decision.
